THE RYE MASHBILL
While the finishing process for Toasted Rye
is similar to our Toasted Barrel Bourbon, the
difference lies in the mashbill. It’s 51% rye grain
instead of corn: the legal requirement for this
style of American Whiskey.

Toasted oak and crème brulee.
Almonds and hazelnuts
Palate:
Soft, creamy mouthfeel. Milk chocolate with
subtle baking spices

Softly warming with lots of long,
