INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
- 2 oz. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
- 3 oz. Lemonade
- 2 oz. Sweet Black Tea*
- Lemon Wheel for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Add ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake until well chilled, strain into a serving glass over fresh ice, garnish with a lemon wheel and an Elijah Craig cocktail pick
Pro Tip:
For a more complex cocktail, try swapping the lemonade for 1 oz. fresh lemon juice and the sweet tea for 2 oz. black tea with 1 oz. simple syrup.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Green Tea Infused Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
- ¾ oz. Honey Syrup*
- ¾ oz. Lemonade
- Splash of Soda water
- Mint & Lemon Wheel for garnish
Instructions
Steep one green tea bag in three ounces of Elijah Craig Bourbon for 10 minutes.
Add lemonade and honey syrup to a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with soda water. Float tea-infused Bourbon on top. Stir & sip.
Honey Syrup:
2 cups honey to 1 cup of boiling water.
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add honey. Stir until fully dissolved. Allow to cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
Pro Tip:
Mixing for a crowd? For batching the Mulligan, steep 3 tea bags per (1) 750mL bottle of Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon for 2 hours.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
- 3 oz. Lemonade
- 1 1/2 oz. Iced Green Tea
- Splash of Soda Water
- Mint and Lemon Wheel for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except for soda water, into a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with soda water.
